We try to make the picture and the actual color as much as possible. However, due to light, monitor and other force majeure factors, color differences are inevitable. This can not be used as a reason to return the goods.

The curtains will be made after we receive the order. Shipment will take about 3-5 days after the order is placed. It takes 7-10 days from the start of shipment to receipt of goods.

Creases: creases are different from tears and draws. They can disappear after ironing and cleaning or hanging for a long time. Love these curtains; very happy with the weight of them. They are very durable and thick. The Velcro tabs hold well but are easily removed when needed. Makes it nice to remove and wash. Have had them for a month and wouldn’t change anything
